An important company in the food sector is looking for Organization and Methods Analysts to work at our headquarters.

Requirements
Prepare, control and update all the documents of the integrated management system (quality manual, procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, process maps, among others). Participate as guides and observers in the execution of external audits of the integrated management system or internal audits carried out by contracted personnel.

Carry out the design of the daily, weekly and monthly routine in terms of meetings, action planning and monitoring. Carry out the formalization and standardization of the internal management processes, carrying out a control and periodic review of them. Integrate all procedures into the management procedure matrix.

Participate in all management meetings, in order to make the closing minutes, identify actions, formalize commitments, responsibilities and dates. Follow up on the commitments made at the meetings.
