Job Description

Ensure that the client understands the brochures with the information related to the policies and implementation processes. Collect the information required to establish the scope and objective of the implementation project, which includes the business and platform processes.

Execute the different stages of implementation according to the objectives defined with the client. Guarantee that the client is informed of the activities carried out in the service, immediately after its conclusion.

Execute implementations and services of low complexity in companies with inventories. Identify additional requirements, raise and scale the preliminary information (functionalities not foreseen in the product to be implemented and that are requested by the client).

Register in the help desk system everything related to the implementation: executed activities, pending activities, visits, implementation status or escalate cases (internal support, additional requirements, bug, among others). Frequent review of the status of active implementations with your coordinator. Oversee the closure of the implementations under their charge.

Tsu Engineers, Graduates in Computer Science, Systems, Computing, Administration. At least one year of experience. Functional level knowledge of the ERP system of Profit Plus administrative, accounting, payroll or similar. Knowledge of points of sale, inventories, create orders, billing, credit and debit notes. Management of implementation processes. Good writing and verbal and written communication. Good disposition and customer service in person and remotely. Excellent presence. Residents in Durban.
