SALARY : R1 251 183 – R1 495 956 per annum (All inclusive remuneration package).The
successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) as recognized by SAQA preferable in Project Management, Information & Communication Technology and Social Science; At least 5 years in large ICT project environment; 5 years must be at senior managerial level; Knowledge and understanding of the Justice system; A valid driver’s license. The following will be added as advantages: Post Graduate qualification in relevant field will be a strong advantage; Proven track record of delivery of a high impact modernisation project. Key Performance Areas: Provide the development and maintenance of project management standards, framework and systems for the department; Coordinate organization-wide portfolio of continuous improvement programmes, systems and process; Coordinate Integrated Justice System (IJS) projects and programmes across member departments through oversight, budget management & control and reporting thereof; Develop and administer IJS financial planning, expenditure control, procurement services and reporting on IJS programme. Provide effective people management.
