Job Description:
Accountable for the compilation of all SIB ( Stay In Business), Policies and Procedures
Ensure alignment of SIB Policies and Procedures Group Policies and Procedures to ensure better project delivery
Conduct project reviews to ensure the project is being set-up effectively towards achieving the project's business case
Conduct project audits to ensure compliance with the Anglo American Platinum SIB project management methodology
Ensure that the policies and procedures are constantly updated and communicated to all the stakeholders in the project environment
Relevant 3 year Degree/Diploma in Business or Commerce is essential
Project Management accreditation is an advantageous.

Minimum 10 years’ working experience in a Project Management environment
3 – 5 years’ experience in compiling and implementing policies & procedures to ensure governance
Experience in a facilitator capacity with training on process flows and governance for large groups of stakeholders
