Behavioural Competencies required for this role: Must be a team player Display high degree of accuracy Must be able to work unsupervised Able to meet deadlines Determined Self-motivated Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Excellent management skills Duties and Responsibilities: Building strong supply chain relationships Conduct regular meetings with suppliers Manage retailer supplier trade agreements Negotiate and achieve budgeted retail profits Successful launch of products at retail level Offer leadership and advice to retailers Monitoring sales and new products Minimum requirements for application: Grade 12 Senior Certificate compulsory Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business/Commerce/Purchasing required Must have at least 3-5 years in store management experience Hardware Retail experience highly advantageous Excellent computer literacy required Must have a SA ID and unendorsed driver’s license Must have clear credentials, qualifications, references and crim checks.
