Carry out the design of the daily, weekly and monthly routine in terms of meetings, action planning and monitoring. Carry out the formalization and standardization of the internal management processes, carrying out a control and periodic review of them. Integrate all procedures into the management procedure matrix. Participate in all management meetings, in order to make the closing minutes, identify actions, formalize commitments, responsibilities and dates. Follow up on the commitments made at the meetings. Graphic Designer cum Pagination Artist, proficient in Adobe Illustrator CS3 and 5 / Photoshop CS3 and 5 / InDesign CS5 and QuarkXpress 8, required.
