Position Overview: Incumbent shall work with management team to identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients. He will prospect for potential leads, uncover needs within those prospects and qualify those leads to the wider team at the company. He will also work with this team to propose solutions for existing clients and win business from new clients. Ideal candidate must demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude with strong leadership skills. Incumbent must be self-motivated and must possess strong operational mindset, should be decisive with a get it done and whatsoever it takes mentality . Bachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering from a reputed university At least 10 years solid technical experience with reasonable exposure to client management Incumbent must possess good business acumen with a deep understanding of marketing principles High conceptual, interpersonal, communications and impacting skills, high self-confidence and emotional maturity. A hands-on working style is critical. Must have excellent MS Office (Word and Power-point) skills.
