Receiving Controller
Receiving Controller needed in the Boksburg area. Matric certificate needed All relevant documents must be included. Valid drivers license. Experience: Assist Management with any Ad Hoc projects/requests Check if the goods ordered match the item code &purchase order number; ensure that the right stock is received & processed. Check any discrepancies from suppliers’. Follow up on all goods return notes for matching credit notes and/or re-invoices. Process receipts into Navision by end of business on day of delivery. Manage the bin allocations of all received stock. Support Finance in the GRN report daily. Control access to and from workshop. Control housekeeping in the receiving bay, receiving office and rebranding station. Ensure that customer complaints are treated as priority and resolved to everyone’s satisfaction. Respond to all customers’ spares inquiries; delivery schedules, and other information required by the customer in accordance with the company’s requirements on a daily basis. Handle any escalated queries related to customers, providing all necessary information. If unable to provide all the information, then take responsibility for obtaining information from the relevant departments and respond to the requester in a timely manner. Be experienced in Stock Taking. Must be aware of Industrial Relations Procedures. All duties must be clearly LISTED on CV.
